Just got back last night and here are some general opinions:

Best demo car: Once again Steve Brown at Alpine left everyone's jaw dropped. The BMW 6 series chop top was out of this world and the equipment was very impressive too. The Audison/Focal Chrysler 300 IMO was #2.

Best new equipment release: Alpine. With their portable Nav, built in I-Pod adaptors and 1000 watt RMS woofer amp that measured 9" X 7" X 1" no one that I saw made a bigger splash

Biggest disappointment : JL. No demo car and VERY limited product release

Biggest surprise : How SHORT Will Castro is!

Feet are sore, nerves are frayed and wallet is empty, but good times were had by all.

but you forgot one thing........ come by and pick me up to go to the CES. posted_image

that alpine is darn cool...... stackable. space saver? and it's rated 1000 w/rms into 4 ohms not 2 ohms.

Was there anything new at the Eclipse booth? new headunits?
