Has anyone used the PAC c2a-gm24 inferface to add a aftermarket amp to a gm bose system.

I have a 05 silverado,I tapped into the factory sub to add a aftermarket sub, but when I tap into that sub it reduces the power and sound of the factory sub by at least 1/2.

I wonder if I can use this interface and still keep those solid mids coming from that factory sub.

Thanks

Billy

I've never had that problem.  If you are trying to use the high-level inputs on the amp, that may be the problem- use a high quality loc instead.  Really it shoudn't matter, though- because if you're adding an aftermarket sub, you should disconnect the factory sub to prevent any cancellation.
