hello
i have pioneer 8600MP head unit

this HU gives bass sound to door speakers (FR,FL,RL,RR) and the sub woofer equally

i just want to hear bass from sub woofer, how can i configure that?

is it something with STD and NW mode?
what are they exactly?

i read all the manual but couldnt find any solution
tahnks for reading

It sounds to me like you're using the headunit to power the speakers.  You can use a 4 channel amp with the crossover set to high pass.

i am sorry it was my foult to not tell you every thing about my system;

i have rockford fosgate 4*40 RMS amplifier, they are connected to door components, they are set to high pass

my another amplifier is audioson sx2 that is 600RMS and connected to 38CM rockford woofer

my problem is with this ....ing head unit


i am sure i have connected everything correct about head unit amps etc, and i am sure i have set amplifier correct...

my problem is with this ....ing pioneer 8600 MP head unit!!!, i cannot configure it

i wish i didnt buy it

plug ur sub amp into the sub output

if the mid amp is hooked to the front or rear outputs in the radio set the frequency response accordingly front hpf on -6 or -12 DB and/or put freq respnse curve on 125Hz or higher

if using both rear and front set the rear hpf to the same or lower if u want a litlle more bass out of the rear mids

the hpf for front and rear are the 4 options in the auido menu after the three suboutput options

hook up the microphone that came with that deck and perform the auto equallizer and time alignment.  It should set the crossovers at a good level... turn your amplifiers cross overs off.  I have had this deck for the last year and a half so if you have any questions about it PM me.
