I recently pick up a kenwood 1000 watt amp. Its model number reads kac-8401. I have tried to find some info on it but all of my searches bring up a 640 watt amp. Can anyone tell me were i could find the correct specs? Thanks

https://www.cardomain.com/item/KENKAC8401....that IS the specs of the amp. where did u see/hear it was a 1000watt amp? looks like all the power this monster puts out is 60W x 4 @ 14.4V,180W x 2 @ 14.4V, says "640watt" but i doubt it. hope that helps

it says in big numbers 1000 watt right on the amp.

best buy sells that amp maybe their webiste can offer specs too but i've installed one of those and it didnt sound like a 1000 watts to me

What is the size of the fuses in the amp and how many channels is it?
