From what i know, they can from 3ohm or 12 ohm.... all i have is a 4 channel 4ohm amp.... im guessing im gonna need to get a new one... but i dont know what kind or any possible ways to set it up... still kind of an amatur at this.. any help... if possible a complete list would be GREAT... thanks

Now you need to find a good deal on a mono amp.  Put those subs in a small sealed enclosure and give them about 800-900 Audiobahn watts apiece.  Using something like this.  With those subs wired parallel/parallel you would be putting a 1.33 ohm load on the amp.  Save your four channel amp for the interior speakers.

Note to who is paying attention:  compare apples to apples.  ;)
