I am going to use an old 2-channel Jensen 80 watt amp for just a little more power for my 2 front speakers.  My factory headunit does NOT have low level out so I am just using high level for everything.  I have an existing powered (amplified) Clarion subwoofer installed already.

My question is, and I realize the powered subwoofer is just getting signal from the speaker wires, but should the subwoofer input come before or after the the amp?  Will it make a difference either way?

Thanks so much!

Before. After might overload the input section on your sub.

There is no such thing as free installation!
