This set can not turn on.When connect only I hear CD motor and after that without any function. I tried reset but only CD motor and the nothing else.I checked supply and rest voltages and all is OK

Does this happen with the key on or off? I suspect one of the power wires is not getting power. The yellow wire should have constant power, and the red wire should have power when the key is on. If one of these is not getting power, start by checking the fuses (also check the fuse on the CD player itself).

Whoa, I just looked at the model number- that unit is old. I had a Sony cdx-4160 about 8 years ago. If both of the power wires are getting power, and the fuse on the unit is good, it's time for an upgrade.

All is OK with wires,fuses and voltages.I'm tehnician and I think problem is inside of set(perhaps front panel?).
