I am installing a head unit in a 95 Mazda Millenia with the factory Bose system. I ordered a kit through Metra. I believe it is a #7901 for Mazdas. It doesnt even come close to matching up with the factory plugs. What do I need to do? If I understand right this car has several factory amps. I need help, I dont want to hard wire the whole car.

Go to your local stereo shop, and ask to see their Metra book.  It will have pictures in it so you can look to see if the right harness is in there.  If it does have several amps, it may be like the old Nissans where there was an amp at each speaker.  If that's the case, to bypass it, you just take the inputs to the amplifier, and run them directly to the speakers.  Use a meter to check the impedence of the factory speakers- if it's less than 4 ohms like many Bose systems (2 or 1 ohm speakers), upgrade the speakers as well.

I found the two rear amps under the rear deck but couldnt make anything out of the wires. I believe they were all the same color. Do you know what these wire colors are.

Click vehicle wiring on the left side of the page or go here and see if any of these colors match: https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/detail.asp?info=alarm&year=1995&make=Mazda&model=Millenia&ID=18292&type=Stereo

I'm not sure I understand you- if all the colors were the same, then why are you asking us?
