Hi right now i have an alpine cda-9835 and have to kce-510m amp link going to 2 mrd-501. my question is if i upgrade my deck to the cda-9855 can i still use the kce-510m.

yes, the radiois compatible with 501 amp link

Whether you can or not, the 9835 has better functionality- I don't think I've installed one 9855 that didn't come back with a problem.
