My freind just got a new tundra and im going to be putting a head unit in it. But all i can find is a pocket for the second Din in the stock location. ther is no frame for the head unit itself. I was just wondering if anybody has had any experience putting one in this truck. any help would be great.

Is it a "new" Tundra or a 2001?

Good question- the new tundra has a kit, and the 01just uses a pocket.  You'll use the factory brackets to connect the pocket to the new radio.
