Your ground fry's but your fuse in your power line dosen't? Weird.  Since your running 0 guage, did you do the big 3 under the hood?

new problem replaced wire and now it doesnt burn but my fuses blew on may. are they the right size? 2x30's for a 800 rms mono block amp?

At 800 watts RMS, it should be fused around 80-100 amps or so, but it concerns me that your last ground wire burned up.

Chances are better than the average bear that your amp is fried. Get the amp looked at.

Time to pull your power wire and check for pinches or cuts causing it to ground out, be especially shure that you have no sharp objects around the power wire such as lack of a rubber gromet on the firewall.

no the protection light comes on when i plug in rca's and off when i take them out. now whats up?

Now its time to run a set of rca's temporarily from the deck to the amp, you can just pull the deck and throw them over the seats for all it matters here, just hook them up from the deck to the amp and see if the amp goes into preotection. If it doesnt than its time to replace the RCA's if it does than try using different deck, if it still does than its the amp and if it doesnt than its the deck.

I would have the amp checked , it sounds like there could be something wrong with the amp.
