mmats d200 amp setup

Hello this is my first post so please go easy on me.

I have a MMATS D200 amplifier. For subs I am running Alpine 12" S subs.

Inside the box the 2 speakers connect and then from there go to one output in the back of the box.   In other words both speakers hook up to only one outlet outside the box. Whats the best way to get the most of of my amp. I dont know how to setup the wires. Can anyone help???

Depending on what model woofers you have, they're probably either wired for 2 ohms or 4 ohms (you can check with a meter set on resistance).  In either case, you'll just connect the two wires from your box to the speaker outputs on the amp.  It's a mono amp (one output) regardless of how many terminals are there to connect speakers.  Just connect one wire to a positive speaker terminal on the amp, and the other to a negative speaker terminal on the amp.

I have a mmats 2 channel 600w amp. I have 2 12" Alpine type S subs. The Box that they are in is weird. Both subs connect to each other and then out the side of the box. I can take a picture if necsery. I have them setup + to + then - to - right to the amp. Can i get more out of this amp wiring it a differnet way? The reason I am asking ios because I am looking to buy a 12" Kicker Solo baric and I am going to need all 600w to one channel later on. Any ideas????

I'm guessing you have the amp bridged because you didn't specify.  You did, however, mention the subs are wired in parallel (I think that's what you meant).  So, you're probably running the amp at 2 ohms bridged, which is probably not safe to do with that amp.  Most stereo amps are only stable to 4 ohms bridged, so unless your amp is rated otherwise (your product literature will say), upgrading to a suitable mono block amp would be a wise choice.
