hello i have a Pioneer avg-vdp1 that iam adding to my dvdp6600. I am installing it in a 1988 chevy pickup. How do i find the speed detection circuit Wire?

I check the online wiring charts and the VSS(i googled it) IS NA for the C/K pickups. But, I checked the 88 Blazers and Suburbans and they have it listed as a the Brown Wire from the ECM, Passenger's Side Dash,24 Pin Connector, Pin A10

I would think it would be the same but i would like just to see if some one can help me out with verifying it.
