i wanted to know if there are some component sets that can handle 300 watts rms a set i am going to bridge 2 channels together and use the other 2 for rear fill speakers.

I can't think of any, but why would you bridge an amp to run component speakers?  You'd lose your stereo seperation- both speakers would play exactly the same thing.

Not if you use a 4 channel amp, I have been doing it for over a year now. If your not then that is indeed a stupid thing to do. Check into some 3 way sets, they are the only things I can think of that are gonna handle that kinda power, however doing what you are planning on and then using speakers that have a lower power handling and then  just backing the gain down is gonna give you plenty of head room which is always a good thing.
