Well, hide MOST of them, but by your amp try not to be so sneaky!  You paid for these cables, and they look way cool.

Here is an example of what I mean.  This was actually my girlfriend's idea:

sorry the pic is so small, but you get the idea.  the speaker wire on the right is in full display, making a bee-line toward the blue light.  While the power cables on the right make a graceful arc.

companies spend alot of money making the rca and power wires pretty, so show them off. I agree.

I do understand that some people like showing the wires, they really arent so bad looking, you are right.  But to me there is just something about a really clean install thats absolutely beautiful in my eyes.  Its one of those things that not everybody looking at your car will appreciate, but those that actually know what they are talking about realize the work that goes into such a clean install and do appreciate it.  Just a personal preference, but it really cant be beat for me.

I feel the same way these rides show alot of pride in what we have and , I dont know if judging is still the same but we use to get docked points for wires being exposed

and .... i meant that the speaker wire was on the LEFT

Thanks for the compliment.  All my other wiring is stealth and the amp for my sub is flush mounted.  This is hidden behind the seat.  sneaky.  I only show those who will appreciate it.

I like the idustrial look myself I like to see the wires, dist blocks, caps, rca"s, and the like. I have seen some clean installs that look very cool too.

That's pretty slick looking. I guess if you do it right, it'll come out looking good!

Not bad coppellstereo! I'm not a big fan of showing wires at all, but not so bad when you set it up like you did. Unfortunately, not everyone with wires showing has this type of finesse! I'm all for the 'clean' look. For me, the less wires I can see the better. I love the Orion amps with the end-caps that hide all the wires!  If anybody does want to show off the wires then I suggest you take some tips from coppellstereo. Keep up the good work!   posted_image

I like the wires visable but only the first few inches that are attached to the amp/cap/dist block/eq, the rest shuld be hidden behind pannels, but i think insatalls look better with come wiring showing around the components of the system
