I work at circuit city and they sell Kicker and Infinity amps.
I can get a Kicker KX350.4
https://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Kicker-4-Channel-Ampifier-KX350-4-/sem/rpsm/oid/117413/catOid/-13095/rpem/ccd/productDetail.do
or an Infinity 7541A
https://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Infinity-4-Channel-Amplifier-7541A-/sem/rpsm/oid/116769/catOid/-13095/rpem/ccd/productDetail.do
for about the same price. Which would be a better buy? Thanks in advance.

The infinity would be more efficient. I'd try that first, especially if you're interested in building your system out without upgrading your power system (alternator, etc.).

Here's an interesting fact for you.  Infinity and JBL are both owned by Harman/Kardon.  The amps are the same darn thing!  My old JBL sales rep informed me of that.  Same amps, different colors, both made at the same factory in good old China!  If you didn't work at Circuit City and get an employee discount, I would say go with the JBL because they cost a little less.  I just sold my JBL 300.1 and 180.2 that I abused for 2 years and they were very reliable.  Never had a problem.  Not the best sounding, but I couldn't kill 'em.
