I need to know of any reliable sites over the net where you can buy Adire Audio. Anyone know?

I don't know that any online store is honored by Adire with respect to warranty. So I couldn't say that any are "reliable," but I know that Speed & Sound sells a few of their products. Maybe you could check out the dealer directory on their site to see if one is near you. Hope this helps.

Acoustic Visions is the only place you can purchase Adire Audio equipment online in the US.  If you are looking for something, I recommend contacting them as they will have the best information for you on availability of product.

Adire subwoofers are slowly becoming available again.  The Shiva 12D8's are released I believe.  Some of the Brahmas and Tumults are on the street.  Pre-order if you can and be patient.
