I'm looking for a good program to help me figure out the dimensions of a box. I've already got the volume, tuning frequency, and ports figured out from WinISD. Now I just need something to help me actually design the box itself so I can have somewhat of a blue print when I go to build it.
Well, autocad would be a nice program to use, however it isn't cheap and takes a long time learn.
My suggestion to you is to bust out the old pencil and paper setup.

I use the programs Unibox and WinISD for the volume/port design, and a bunch of online calculators for various needs...but it's pen and paper and freehand drawings to get an idea of the look. Sometimes I'll do a freehand sketch using Paint but not spend much time worrying about details. The important part of all of this is the tape measure in your other hand because it's the real-life measurements that you have to work with. But I could end up taking forever playing with an AutoCad program and the MDF would just sit there...so with me, the real fun is when I get the saw fired up and the sandpaper in my hand.
