does anyone have any experience with the pma1200d, I can get 2 for a good deal, but am unsure about them.

They used to be good amps, but from what I hear they are owned by Audiobahn now. Enough said??

Back in their day, which was the late 80's, they were pretty respectable. One of the only class-A amps, even listed slew rates which was pretty uncomman (still is actually). Their day is loooong past.
