I have this exact type of fused digital display d-block.

When its not in use it has 2 dimmed led lights that stay on even with the car completely off, trunk closed, 24/7...  Will this drain my battery any quicker or will it be almost negligable?  I haven't really had much problems with it though.

unless you have a failing battery to start this will have such little impact on your battery you would never notice it.     Most Led lights have a draw in the Miliamp range no where near enough to effect a battery

you should be fine as long as you drive ur car, if you let it sit there for 2 weeks without starting it then yea it is going to drain ur battery but you wont even notice it if you drive ur car everyday

I had 10 LEDs at 50 mA each... soooo .5Amps on my old s-10 that were on all the time. It was more of a hot rod and DID end up sitting once for 3 weeks. Fired right up. It was a mid shelf battery too. So dont worry about LEDs if I were you. I dont worry about them myself.
