i cannot seem to find any size dimensions on this sub.   i need this info for WinISDpro to build a box.   this sub is not listed in the presets.   i had no trouble finding T/s parameters though. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have that woofer... Let me see if I can find my manual for it, and I'll post 'em later tonight...

It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

Speaker displacement is a lot of guesswork anyway, IMO.

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

well first let me make sure im on the right path.   when building a sub box, lets say 2.4 cuft. there has to be 2.4 cuft of airspace inside while the sub(s) is installed? lets say the sub displaces .5 cuft, then the box must be built 2.9 cuft to compensate for the difference.       is this the correct idea or not?

Usually the displacement of the sub is so small that it doesn't really have a significant difference. Just my .02... And what specs. you looking for? I have my manual sitting right here on my desk...

Yes, unless the specs from the manufacturer specifically say that the recommended volume already takes into account the sub displacement, you add it into the equations yourself.

In the case of the titanium drivers, it occupies a crapload more space than .10 cu.ft. The box that has worked for me is 1.5 - 1.75 cu.ft. gross for each sub. Keep each sub in it's own enclosure if you can. Double up the baffle board as the sub has a nasty habit of wanting to rip out of 3/4" mdf.
