Looking find out if I can take the impedence down on my two 8ohms lower than 4 ohms with maybe a resistor setup or what not.  Any info would be helpfull.

There are devices that can adjust the resistance of a sub setup, but they are passive and can use most of the power that you will gain by using them.  In my opinion I would sell the subs and buy either 4 ohm or DVCs.  But you prob won't be able to find resistors that can handle too much power.
