ok my boi n i are trying to hook up his new stereo that he got for his 98 mazda protoge. i kno i kno we need a harness n install kit first. now i need to kno, is there a way u can take the factory deck out by hand, or do u need special tools? if so how do they work? well thank u all if u post something. :D

Taking it out by hand is going to be rather difficult. No offense, but you sound like you could use some proffessional help on this car stereo... posted_image

Ford keys are cheap- you can even get them at the parts store.
