Does it really make a difference when using a bandpass box the length, diameter, or location of the ports are???Tell me if this is alright and plez post your thoughts. .thankz.  posted_image

It makes a huge difference.  Bandpass boxes must fit exact specifications or you are screwed.

Yes, agreed.  You cannot modify a bandpass enclosure.  It will no longer function properly.  It will make a system that already sounds like ass (i don't like BP systems) sound like AZZZSSS!  Don't do it.
