I have a yellow top with top and side mounts.i am going to use the side mounts for stock connections and was going to use top connections for power to system. Question; should i ground the top mount post with a 4 gauge also, will be using 4 guage power, even though its grounded at stock location?

Yes, ground both to add a stronger grounding plane to your system. 4 Gauge to both terminals will be sufficient.

yeah, doing that to my yellow top as well. Side posts for OEM, top posts for extra stuff. I think it'll look great too, tell me how it comes out.
