has anyone ever tried to put in a double din radio in a 2000 bmw 3 series. my friend wants the double din in here and theres som sort of plastic behind it, can it be cut??? it seems like a boox or something
i already moved the a'c ontrols down to where the pocket was so ill have the room but not sure thats goin on behind that. any info would be great

the space i need is inside the red box. you think its ok if i move those wires and cut outthat extra plastic behind the dash??
