A 4runner I am helping a buddy out on, has a powered ant. and it doesn't go up and down, but he seems to still have pretty good radio power. Well he has the small toyota ant wire that plugs in the back of an adapter like it normally would, well his car was broken into and he had C.C. install him a new CD player, and the guy said he would only have one problem. There is another wire, that leads next to the ant wire, however it looks like a coxial wire, when it was broken into someone ripped it off, and it looks just like the end of coax for your TV, I am unsure what it is, and need some help ASAP please! Thanks!

If it's a coax, it's the antenna lead.  Your best bet is to replace the antenna, but if you have slack, you can try splicing it back together.  Connect the outer conductor on both sides together, and the center conductor together on both sides.  Ensure the center conductor cannot short out (touch) the outer conductor.
