Hey I had one of those and I was not too happy with it, heres why :

1. Whenever I turned on the bass enhancer feature, I would hear a loud thump from the subs - sometimes even when I turned it off.

2. Its not really for SQ - when this device is active, its hard to get an overall flat sound because it really puts ALOT of emphasis on the really low frequencies. Maybe I needed seperate mid bass??? hmmmm.

The good stuff about it is that it has a built in SPL Meter and Voltage Meter - thats one of the main reasons I kept it for almost a year before selling it. Not really into SPL right now, but thinking about getting into it everytime I look at my Kicker L7 15" in the closet .... hehehehe.

Oh yeah, remember that its ONLY for bass. Output from this device goes straight to your Sub amp. Forgot to mention that.
