I was wondering how big of an amp i should get to fully power my 2 kicker subs. They are 12" Sqaure L5 4 ohm Dual Voice Coil, 1200 max, 600 rms and wired series parrelell. I want to run them at 1 ohm but do i buy an amp with 600 rms or 1200 rms to fully power them?

You'll need a 1200W RMS amp to power both of those subs.  600W would only give 300W to each woofer.  You could do that, but your results would be "sub" par and less desirable.  Ha ha ha...  I made a funny.  I'm sorry, but I'm just a little bit tired.

That's my opinion. Take it, leave it, or correct me.
