that looks sick. nice fiberglassin on the doors of that van as well I noticed in a different picture. whats the plan for that vehicle. Also, get up pics (maybe video) and db results when that beast is done.

Oh yeah, dont forget about that mounting plate you should make for the magnet in the box... doubt you would, just double checking though.

...and PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE! tell me you are going to reinforce those walls! That thing is gonna breathe like... well you get the idea. You MUST brace those walls, at intervals no more than 6 inches apart!
Ported enclosure or not (actually WORSE in a ported enclosure), those walls are going to flex, the box corners will eventually fail, and at a minimum, your tuning will not be exactly where your spec SAYS it will be. You spent an obvious amount of time and money, expended quite a bit of energy for this system... do it right from the start!

customer says that he is will be getting to crowns and 6 more of those batteries. this van is super dead. the customer has had the van since it was new and estimates that he has put 1500 tubes of sealant along with rino linning and 3x foam r40 insilation. hes a nut.

How would you even brace a box that big? Should it be breaced internally and externally?
