I just bought a used kenwood kac-7201. I hooked everything up, the fan comes on, and a blue light flashes, however, no sound came out. After searching forums, I found that the blue light is a circuit protector. I'm not sure whats wrong with it...I know my rca cables are fine as I had another amp wired before this one. I took the amp a part and nothing appears to be burned. Anyone know what it could be?

First check the speakers/wiring.  You may have too low an impedance (ohms) connected to the amp.  This could be caused by the speakers, or maybe a wire is shorting to ground.  If you can find a manual, it will say what the amp can safely handle.
