This friend of mine has a HiFonics TX4404  Amp and Polk Audio db Series 675 (7"s) and Polk Audio db Series 690 (6x9's) both sets of speakers are 4 ohm. What is the best way to wire them to get the most from this amp and sound good

I'm assuming this is a four channel amp based on the model number- a quick search produces no results.  Just wire one speaker to each channel.  It's as simple as that.
