ok, so here's my story, all this happened over the past week, and it is kinda long but i need some help with my system... ok, so i was currently running 2 12" adiobahns on a 720w power acoustik amp in a custom cealed box right... well i got bored with it and wanted more and louder bass so i go to best buy and ask them what i can do for more bass... they recommended a box they had and i bought it.... well it was crap compared to my other box so i took it back and told them it sucked... which made them mad but they took it back and so i just went ahead and bought a new amp, which is what i wanted to do in the first place.... but i got a rockford fosgate P5002 which sounded grate... but of course i wouldn't be able to turn it up loud cause it might blow the subs.... my plan was to buy new subs the next day... well the amp started acting weird when i first hooked it up... it would keep turning on and off and going into protect mode at random moments and then it just like destroyed my subs. so i went and bought 2 12" cvr12 kickers which would handle the amp no prop... but the amp was still messed up so i went back to best buy and told them the amp was crap... which wasn't their fault but i was mad when i went in there with the amp.  at first i was cool and all but the lady charged me 10 extra dollars because the price of the amp went up! so at that point i was getting pretty angry... well when the guy who had went to get me a new amp from the back, came back and told me they had no more and that i would have to drive an hour to the next nearest best buy i lost it... the lady at the customer service was already giving me an attitude like it was my fault the amp wasn't working but me and her got into it... we made a pretty big sceen and im surprised i didn't get arrested or something but after all they told me they would special order one to my house..... well when i got home last night i was tired of waiting for the amp so i decided to hook up the 720w power acoustik amp up to the kickers to break em in. plus i can't live without my bass... well when i hook it up, the red protect light comes on and then it just turns off... anyone have an idea why it might do this? i hooked everything up the same as before so i don't see why anything would be wrong.... i just hope the new amp works fine, but if anyone knows what that could be let me know.
