hey im planning on buying some beet for my car and i was wondering what would be a good sound system for a 1991 honda prelude si. cuz u know i9 dont wanna over do it. i was thinking of like two tens but my homeboy is telling me just to get some 12's. so know im asking the more experienced people for some hel i would appreciate it oh and i dont wanna spend much more than $500

It depends on what you looking for...We need more INFO!!

I have a 88 Lude SI (same model car) And i have a 10" sub and a shhhty amp but it hits kinda hard.

For $500 and a nice set up you can get a single 10 or 12, a good amp.

Just remember that ALT you have is only a 70 AMP alt, you will have to upgrade if you go really big.

There have been a few threads on 88-91 ludes recently check them out.

WHen it's said and done it's up to you on what you listen to and how loud you want it.
