this is the first hyundai i have installed a stereo to, and needless to say im disappointed, I cant find a wiring diagram, not one of the wores seems to be what i want as far as power goes, speakers are the easy part, but if cant cant get my reciever to light up there and issue.

I'm assuming then that you've already cut off the factory plug or it was cut before you began your install. If it's still intact, use a smart harness from a company like metra (part# 70-7300) or scosche(part# HY02B). Check all your fuses if you're not finding power. This is almost invariably the cause of having no power at the radio.
