I need to know if the Eclipse XA2000, XA4000 and XA5000 are available in the US yet. I need to know for sure, not a guess, not a someone has it listed on it's site please. These amps are not available in Canada yet for some reason. If they are available in the US market, I need to get some special ordered in through my distributor.

Yes they for sure are available in the states. We have had shipments of the xa1000 and xa2000 at circuit city now for about a month so any distributer should have access to them.

Now I question is will Eclipse just produse a run of the mill stereo now that it's in a big box store. That was one of the things that I really like about Eclipse you could only get at a few places and there quality was second only to Nak. Now is that going to change? posted_image

well their Heads and amps were in Big Box in Canada for the last 2 years and i know that since we started carrying them last year I have yet to have a defective eclipse deck come through either shop I worked at.

I work at Circuit too, keep in mind they only carry the low end Eclipse stuff. Anything for SPL and such has to be bought elsewhere. Same goes for the Kicker and (well, used to go for infinity..) equipment...

That is not the case Bootanger CC will actually carry the full eclipse line. Everything Eclipse makes is available to purchase at CC, now not all stores are going to carry every product but the website does/will and we can special order any product for customers and it arives in a few days, just special ordered the cd5000 for a customer and it arrived in 2 days.

And to answer the other question from what Ive seen it's the same great eclipse quality just more accessible now.
