I have an Pioneer DEH-P8600mp and the gears on the right side of the stereo are broken so the face doesnt want to go up and down. Is there any replacing those gears if so what is the procedure and where do i get the parts?

Have you contacted Pioneer for repair center info?

I was told that pioneer will not send out parts! Are there any internet companies?

there is really no internet avenue for fixing your own stereo... if you can source the part #'s of the gears, etc you need many service centers will be willing to just sell you the parts..... just dont expect a service center to tie up their technicians looking up part numbers for you for free.....

i assume its all ther same parts, but i had a similar problem with my 860MP(Premier)... it sometimes didnt want to flip out.. i found that if you give a quick push on the top portion of the faceplate(nothin huge cause you dont wanna break anything) then both motors will work.
