i bought my Greenlee's at an electrical supply company..... go to Greenlee's site and do a dealer search

Use real bolt cutters. That's what I do. Mine are a hundred years old and the jaws are all gnarled...works great. The new Chinese (isn't everything?) bolt cutters are pretty cheap and I bet it wouldn't take a whole lot to put some grooves in the jaws.

use a bench vise... that's what I do for anything 4 gauge or larger
