Is it possible to use an LOC for a 5 channel? I have a aftermarket HU but kinda like the features of the factory one. Thanks

Use two LOCs. A four channel and a two channel. Same way you would do if you were using a four channel amp and a separate mono amp. A lot of amps, though, have a full range pass through line level output. A four channel would give you a choice of whether to use the inputs to the front or the rear to pass through. If yours has this feature, you can forego the second LOC and use the line out from the front inputs to feed the sub input.

Even better is to skip the LOC and use a far superior interface like the Audio Control LC6 or 6XS.
