hi guess and thanks for checking this out.I just did an sub woofer install on a 2006 honda accord and i found my self with this problem i tapped my remote wire to the acc power of what would be the lighter or phone charger outlet.after i did this the out let did not want to work i also have one in the center console and that doesnt work either.i check the fuse but thats fine.is there something i mite of over looked???????any help would be great thanks again

Does your amp turn on?  If so, make sure you didn't unplug the lighter plug.  If not then go and check all of your fuses, there is probaly a fuse block under the hood, as well as inside the car.  I know that in a Honda Pilot, there are a couple of fuses for the lighter sockets, so the Accord may be the same way.

no amp will not turn on.any know where i mite find any other fuse blocks in this car.and or if i should run any kind of test?

Owners manual in the glove compartment will show you where the fuse blocks are.  But there's a reason the fuse blew when you soldered that connection, so you should go back into that spot and remove the wire so you don't blow the new fuse.  See if you've connected something + to ground there.
