I install two new stereos on two different car but , can't hold memory station or clock settings

verify the B/U wire (usually yellow) has constant voltage on it..... this is normally the problem.....

thanks for info but I check yellow wire  it's ok ,but still got the problem

Double check what kgerry told you. It sounds like you might have the constant wire and the acc wire crossed to the wrong wires.
