I have a 06 truck with an alternator rating of 110amps and I have 1 amp that is 200 watts rms, wired with 8ga.  My interior lights are dimming when the bass hits and the gain is down....I want the lights to stop dimming and i want to turn the gain up just a little more so i can hear the bass.

110 amp and 1x 200 amp and your lights are dimming? mmmm get a good battery, do the big 3 and put an capacitor and see if it helps, also have you a clean ground?

Isn't this the same message you posted a while back? You shouldn't be having any issues at all with that setup. If you are, you probally need to take it to a shop and let them test your alternator. Or a local stereo shop.

Bro I would double check your ground. You can get a wire brush and scrape the paint, which I am sure you did, and make sure there is good contact and no movement. Also make sure all of your power connections are secure.
