Hey, this is my first post. I've been on here for hours searching this question out, so i hope i'm not being redundant.
my question is if the component kits says 4 ohm impedance, does that apply in the same way to the mid and the tweeter as it would to say two 4 ohm woofers? are the mid and the tweeter 4 ohms each?
would the calculations for ohms law be the same for selecting an amp? and does a passive crossover affect that in any way?

It is a 4 ohm system. The crossover makes sure it is 4 ohms by making the woofer "invisible" below the crossover point and the tweeter "invisible" above the crossover point.
It says 4 ohms, so get an amp rated for your desired power "into 4 ohms".
