BOX dimensions: 50"w x 17"h x 15"d

2 x 4"port 7"long <=======================?

2 x rockford fosgate HX2 15" subs

rockford fosgates webpage reccomends that port size and length, should the length be longer, I am trying to achieve low and loud bass

This is what Rockford recomends for two of these woofers in one enclosure? Hmm. Well the enclosure seems large enough (5.8 cuft gross) but the port seems off as it is tuning to about 18Hz. What is the fs, Vas and Qts of one of those woofers?

Actually, I think I graphed this woofer up once. And you did have to tune it down to about 18hz and there's a nice rounded slope that peaks at about 50hz.

First off, I want to make sure this is right. Which sub is it you have? The RFD2115 or the RFD2215?

Actually, DYohn, he had it tuned at ~35hz.
