Hello, I have a customer (my boss) who wants to put the Kenwood DDX6019 (double din cd/dvd) and KNA-G150 (navi unit) into his 2004 Ford F-350 Superduty.  Has anyone ever tried this successfully??  I would say I am very knowledgable in fiberglass.  I have used the "liquid plastic" before and find it to be quite easy.  How will I secure it??  Will I have to make the hole any bigger (perhaps taller)??  Thanks for any insight.

Scosche offers a double din kit, but on those trucks it's for 05 and up.  This means you'll have to modify the dash since 04 is still and undersized double DIN.

Check American International, they have a kit FMK-552, will work great for this model truck.  If I remember correctly you will have to remove a little bit of the dash trim (don't worry it's not visable once you put in the kit).  I've done a few of the Eclipse Double Din AVN Navigation units in that body style and it was a clean install.
