part #pbs815 scap. I just installed one of these caps. Charged it. Customer came back and dital voltage diplay shuts off after 3-4 minutes? It comes back on when voltage is adjusted. Metered its got 13.5 volts +/-. Also leds on cap light up when voltage is adjusted are they supposed to be on all the time? I thought when the cap is drawn down they were supposed to flash maybe I'm wrong? Been out of the cap game for a little bit.

I think that they only flash upon charge/discharge. Otherwise it would drain it

cool thats what I figured, my client wanted them to flash. I'll sell him some music interfaced neon:)
