The problem started immediately when the door was slammed, so it is there you should find the solution. It shouldn't have anything to do with the rest of your system unless that slam was so violent and jarring that something else down the line was corrupted. Open up the door, look for something amiss. If you don't see a bare wire shorting to ground or anything else that looks obvious, then pull the speaker wires off the speaker and tape the ends so they don't touch anything. Run the system and see if the noise is still there.
- If the noise is gone, you found the source.
- if the noise is still there...
Disconnect the speaker leads from the amp to that one speaker, and try it again. Start with that, anyway, and post back on what you found out.

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
I think Steve's right, you are grounding out a signal wire somewhere. Time to check all the wires and see where it is happening. The most likely places are around the door.
when u say grounding out u mean a a +positve wire is on some part of the chassis of the car or wat . well i took the rca wires 3 of them completly out and ran them trough the top of the car and still got the noise . so it has to be a speaker wire or somthing right can the alternator affect its a high output and i didnt change the power wire to 4 guage yet

The key is the door slam. Yes, what was stated above is to look for a speaker lead ( pos. or neg. ) touching a metal section of the door.
