I'm installing a jvc cd player in a 1992 Toyota 4X4 P/U with power antenna. I need to know what the color code is for the vehicle's power antenna relay wire, which I am connecting to the blue with white stripe of the stereo.

If you use a wiring harness for your car, you can just match color to color with no need to tap/cut into any factory wires. Otherwise, have a look here: https://www.installdr.com/Harnesses/Toyota-Wiring.pdf. ------------- My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.

I'm not sure what you mean by wiring harness, I was just going to tap into the factory wire. I'm also unclear of what you mean by matching color to color.

You can purchase a wiring harness that will plug into the factory harness and then the colors of the wiring will match up exactly with the wiring of the radio harness. No cutting of the factory harness required

Exactly, your local stereo shop should have this. I'm not sure about canada, but here in the states you can pick them up at the parts store and WalMart as well.
