I have the Sony CD player and there is a noise come from speaker every time I turn it on, my question was is it the problem from stereo of from speaker, please help.

Chances are that if the speakers were not making the noise before the install, the cd player is the problem. You may need to use another ground for the headunit if you are getting a strange engine noise from the speakers.
