im doing a coupke of systems and want to change the alenators to High output ones
the first is a 2000 bmw 3 series in it where putting
1-jl audio 1000 monmp
1- jl 300/4 amp
1- tv HU(alpine or clariion
3- lcd monitors
leds,neons, strobes,1 linear actuator etc..


second system in in a 04 tahoe
smaller system just apine 310 HU
2 headrest monitors and
1-7801 MTX thunder amp.



what size altenators you think i can use that can handle this and keep lights from dimming

and what price range should they be for the altenator itself and instalation

what are the sizes of the fuses on the side of the aplifiers?

You should go with the biggest you can afford.  First... It allows for future upgrades.  Second...  An alternator that makes more amps than required doesn't have to work as hard.  This can lead to a greater longevity.
